A happy customer has donated a cake to celebrate a Portishead estate agent’s 150th anniversary.
The colurful creation, designed in the shape of a house, was made by client Tracie Fry after the business sold her house.
She said: “It is a bit of a belated thank you gift as Reeds Rains sold our home very quickly for us last year, but when I saw it publicised that it is celebrating its 150th birthday I thought it would be a nice gesture to create a fitting cake for it.”
Other birthday celebrations planned by Reeds Rains, which has an office in High Street, include making a donation to charities, burying a time capsule and holding a party.
The business has also been named as a sponsor of the Portishead Home Show which is due to be held at Somerset Hall on September 22.
