A NEW post office facility will open its doors in Clevedon on May 8.
This comes after it was announced last year the West End Post Office in Old Church Road would move into the nearby branch of Londis just 50m away.
The current subpostmistress is moving with the facility which will be modernised to include three serving positions and longer opening hours.
The current post office will close at 5.30pm on May 7 before the new one opens at 1pm the next day.
