A new centre manager has been appointed at Crown Glass Shopping Centre in Nailsea.
Rob Stokell, aged 53, has replaced Charlotte Jarrett who has moved onto a new job closer to home.
Rob spent several years as operations manager at Parkway Shopping Centre in Newbury.
He said: “I am really looking forward to working in Crown Glass. So far, the people I have met locally and in the centre have been very nice and welcoming. There is a great sense of local pride for Nailsea and as I’m getting to know the area, I can see why.
“Charlotte Jarrett, over the years, has created a shopping centre that is very much at the heart of the local community and I am looking forward to continuing in her footsteps and building on the good reputation the centre now has.”
Before his career in retail corporate and shopping centre management, Rob spent 27 years in the Royal Navy based in Portsmouth.
He enjoys cooking, walking and sight-seeing and has two boys, Jamie, aged 23, and Nathan, aged 18.
