HOME-BUYERS have been snapping up apartments at the latest phase of the marina development in Portishead.
Award-winning house builder Crest Nicholson has reported that 54 of the 60 apartments in the new Sixty8 building have been sold.
Sixty8 at the Marina combines a stylish collection of one and two bedroom apartments and eight exclusive two bedroom penthouses, with stunning views over the water. The ground floor units, which are currently occupied by Crest’s sales and marketing suite and show homes, will be sold for bars, restaurants and shops once the final apartments have been sold. Laura Osborne, sales manager for Crest Nicholson, said: “We are absolutely delighted with the take-up of Sixty8 at the Marina so far. The stunning waterside retreat is a great place to soak up the atmosphere of this cosmopolitan area, so it’s not surprising that they are proving so popular.”
