PUB SALE: The Friendship Inn in Nailsea is up for sale after the landlord announced he will be leaving the pub in the New Year.
Russell Wragg, aged 33, has decided to call it a day at the pub in Stock Way North due to a lack of trade.
The pub has a pool room and a four-bed flat above it, which is included in the sale.
Nailsea Town Council is considering suggesting the site to North Somerset Council as a potential location for affordable or retirement housing.
