A former nail bar which has been closed for two years could be transformed into a massage centre.

Planning permission is being sought to change the use of the former Top Nails unit in Portishead High Street.

Applicant Samantha Donaldson wants the site to offer chiropractic and sports massage services.

North Somerset Council’s planning department will make the final decision but Portishead Town Council offers no objection to the scheme, subject to concerns from neighbours.
