An estate agents say it is business as usual despite suffering major flood damage over the weekend.
Mark Templer's Yatton branch had 'water coming out of the front door' on Sunday afternoon after heavy rain flooded the premises.
Jake Goodliffe, however, has assured customers that staff are battling through and still able to work as normal.
He locked up the premises on Saturday evening but was called at about 12.30pm on Sunday and told of the flooding.
The water has 'ruined' printers and computers, he said.
Mr Goodliffe said: "As I walk there is water squelching out of the carpet and we're waiting for the insurers to come around.
"We are going to have to walk in wellies for the time being.
"It is business as usual - this has happened but the ship still sails."
Mr Goodliffe said disruption could last three weeks but the branch will be open as best as possible, with staff still answering phones and emails as normal.
He expects the damage will cost 'about £20,000' to fix.
The Clevedon branch is unaffected.
