Taylor Wimpey has begun construction work at is new development site in Harbour Road, Portishead.
The firm is building one-bedroom apartments plus two, three and four-bedroom houses.
Charles Joseph, Taylor Wimpey’s regional sales director, said the first homes will go on sale next month.
