A Hawaiian-themed day saw staff at Homebase raise cash for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Staff in Portishead dressed up in grass skirts and wore floral chains to aid the charity.
Team leader Poppy Manning said: “I’m so proud of my team and the fantastic job they’ve done in raising almost £500 for Macmillan Cancer Support. We had an amazing time and the support from the local community has been incredible.
“So many of us know someone who has been affected by cancer and we want to thank the local community for their support, which has helped us to fund 20 hours of nursing care.”
