A NAILSEA firm is back at its usual address less than a year after a fire ripped through the building.

Heritage Estate Agents in High Street was just a smouldering shell after a fire destroyed the property on November 23 last year.

The estate agents set up a temporary office over the road to enable the company to continue operating, while the former office was rebuilt with a new design and layout.

The office at 104 High Street has now opened again. Managing director Richard Van De Velde said: “I would like to thank everyone involved from the general public, builders and the Heritage staff who all have had their part to play in the coming together of this office. It makes me proud to be part of Heritage and this office is a real life phoenix from the flames.”
