ALLIANCE Homes Group has received an award for the way it motivates and develops its team of staff.
The Portishead-based social enterprise has been given the Investors in People Gold Award, which has only been given to fewer than 700 UK organisations.
The group provides housing management services, care and support services as well as repairs, maintenance and green energy initiatives across the South West.
Chief executive Clive Bodley said: “The Alliance Homes Group continually strives to develop the skills of its people.
“We can see a direct link between empowering our staff with the skills and knowledge they need to do their jobs well and how this translates into an improved service for the communities we serve.”
