AN apprentice training with Portishead-based mechanical and electrical specialist F P Hurley & Sons Ltd has won a top national award.
Garry Jones impressed judges in the Trade & Apprentice Awards organised by construction contractor Willmott Dixon and was awarded a trophy in recognition of his achievements.
The apprentice is in his fourth and final year, training for an NVQ Level 3 in heating and ventilation. Garry also won an award in 2009 when he was named Intermediate Apprentice of the Year, 2009 by training provider BEST Ltd.
