A COMPUTER shop in Portishead has launched a games exchange venture.

Nortech Computers, a computer sales and repair store in High Street, has also launched a disk scratch removal service, allowing even scratched and damaged games to be traded.

Owner Roger Whitfield said: “Many of our customers, especially the younger ones, said how they would love to have a games exchange shop in Portishead so we decided to offer the service ourselves.”

Customers can now trade in their unwanted Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and Wii Games against other games, computer products or services available at Nortech.

Roger added: “It’s so annoying to find that a favourite game, movie or audio CD won’t play because of scratches on the disk, so we have come up with a solution. At Nortech we can now professionally remove the scratches and bring disks back to life for customers.”

More about the services available can be found by visiting www.nortechcomputers.co.uk
