An estate agent with offices in Portishead and Clevedon will now see teams in both branches work ‘as one’ following a relaunch this month.

Clevedon estate agent Charlotte Emsley has become the sole director of Reeds Rains North Somerset after her business partner in the franchise, Martin Bowley, decided to move to pastures new.

Charlotte said: “Martin and I had worked successfully for years but it was time for a change and this move has presented an exciting opportunity for me to take on the sole directorship of both the Portishead and Clevedon branches.

“The change and the events of 2020 have made me stop and reflect, carry out research among our clients and members of the local community to determine exactly what they want from their local High Street estate agent and now deliver exactly that and more.”

The Reeds Rains team across the Portishead and Clevedon offices, in Portishead High Street and Clevedon in The Triangle respectively, will now work together as one.

Charlotte added: “Combined, the experience and expertise of my team is second to none and every team member is committed to providing a first-class service across both towns.

“Estate agency is a fast-moving industry in a fast-moving world and we are adapting and changing to ensure we deliver nothing but the best.

“I am full of enthusiasm and am passionate about making property buying, selling, letting and renting a pleasurable, stress-free and fast experience for everyone.”

Reeds Rains North Somerset officially relaunched this month and to mark the occasion, the estate agent is asking residents in both Portishead and Clevedon to nominate any charities and good causes they would like to see benefit from any fundraising taken on by Reeds Rains in 2021.

Nominations can be made through the Reeds Rains Portishead or Clevedon Facebook pages. Alternatively, people can make a nomination by post or email either of the offices directly.
