A HAMPER of cake-decorating goodies has been handed to a Clevedon woman.
The owner of Present Company in Queens Square, Julie Bisacre, launched a cake decorating competition last month, inviting amateurs in North Somerset to enter their most creative culinary creations.
As a result, 24-year--old Emily Darvill was crowned the winner after two rounds of judging. Votes were taken from customers and staff, with Emily’s chocolate buttercream cake coming out on top.
She was awarded a basket of goodies worth 100.
Organiser Julie Bisacre said: “I am delighted with the response and the entries were superb. People had obviously put a lot of thought into their designs.”
