A NEW development at Port Marine in Portishead has received a prestigious award.

The Moorings, Crest Nicholson’s latest phase at the marina, was one of 21 sites to pick up the Gold award for most considerate site in the Considerate
Constructors Scheme’s National Site Awards for 2011.

The waterside development was then selected from 8,500 eligible sites to be named runner-up for the overall award at a ceremony in London.

The Moorings was commended for its excellent standards of consideration towards its workforce, neighbours and the environment.
