An experienced Nailsea carer has set up her own business so she can help people stay out of hospitals and care homes.
Hannah Lewis-Jones set up Full Circle Home Care to help people with cooking, cleaning, shopping, arranging appointments and taking part in social and leisure activities.
She said: “I provide care and support in a client’s own home to enable them to live as independently as possible.”
