A PORTISHEAD businessman is helping local schools and organisations to raise funds.
Nick Humphreys, who lives near the marina with his wife and two children, set up a national online shopping website after taking redundancy from a telecommunications company. When customers shop at their usual stores via his website a donation is made to their chosen organisation or cause.
Nick said: “I get a great deal of satisfaction knowing that my business helps good causes all over the UK, however I am very keen to support local organisations. I am currently offering additional donations to Portishead schools and charities that shop via my website because I feel it is important that local businesses and organisations should support each other.”
