Generous staff at a Nailsea firm have raised £1,917 for Weston Foodbank.
Bristol and Wessex Billing Services Limited, in Clevedon Road, secured an £800 donation for the charity which was matched by its parent company Wessex Water.
Staff also added to the total by running fundraising activities in the office.
Managing director Charley Maher said: “We are so proud to support a local charity and everyone has been touched by all the hard work that the foodbank are committed to.”
Foodbanks provide three days worth of supplies for people in crisis, including food and toiletries.
