A PORTBURY-BASED business has scooped a prestigious food manufacturing award.
Apetito was named the UK’s best manufacturer of frozen food and best overall food manufacturing company in the Food Manufacturing Excellence Awards.
They were presented during a ceremony in London on November 2.
Apetito, which distributes its products from Portbury to care homes, local authorities and hospitals, was recognised for improving the products offered in the market and developing products designed for elderly people with swallowing problems.
