A NEW Portishead jigsaw has gone on sale.

The 500-piece puzzle, created by Matt and Rosemary Westley, who run stationers Morgan-Westley, features the Portishead Lifeboat and lighthouses at Black Nore and Battery Point. The lifeboat trust will receive a donation from the sale of each puzzle.

This is the fourth jigsaw in the Portishead series produced by Morgan Westley to help local causes.

Matt and Rosemary, who have run their shop in Portishead High Street for almost 50 years, launched their first jigsaw in 2011 saying they wanted to create something unique, representing the town they have lived and worked in for so many years.

The four jigsaws have all featured local scenes and other charities that have benefited from the sales are Portishead in Bloom, Portishead Christmas Lights and the Portishead Railway Group. The latest puzzle is on sale priced £9.15.
