Book with poetry from Clevedon locals to go on sale this week

A book with a collection of poems inspired by Clevedon has gone on sale.
In The Footsteps Of Poets boasts a collection of 40 poems by local poets and artists.
The poems are illustrated by photos, a map, and attractive front cover image of Clevedon by local artist Rob Donachie.
It takes the reader on a journey around the town, highlighting its best-loved landmarks, from the Victorian pier, praised by Sir John Betjeman, to the Curzon, one of the UK's oldest cinemas.
In the Footsteps of Poets is Clevedon Community Press's fourth publication, following the success of Writing On The Lake; Clevedon Cuttings and The Portishead Open Pool.
The book, priced £4.95,is available to purchase from the community bookshop, in Copse Road.
