BIKERS will take to the road in Portishead on Sunday as part of a memorial charity ride.
Motorbike enthusiasts will meet at the Argos car park off Wyndham Way at 9.30am before leaving at 10am to ride into Bristol and finishing at Number Five The Beach on Clevedon’s seafront for drinks and snacks at 11am.
The ride has been organised in memory of Portishead biker David ‘Jock’ Loudon who died in a motorbike accident on the A369 Portbury Hundred four years ago.
A collection will be held to raise money for The Rainbow Centre in Bristol which provides support for bereaved children or families having to cope with serious illness.
