POLICE are warning people in North Somerset not to invite cold callers into their homes.
Officers have had a number of reports about a group of people going round houses in Nailsea trying to sell cleaning clothes and products.
The sellers, nicknamed the Nottingham Knockers, do not have the correct ID or licences and police are warning people not to buy from them or invite them into their homes.
Residents are being asked to call the police on 101 if they see anything suspicious, or 999 in an emergency.
