Clevedon Pier has hosted a party to celebrate the launch of a sea shanty band's new album.
The Barnacle Buoys, based at The Old Inn in the town, performed at the Grade II-listed on Sunday to a thrilled audience.
The group, which formed five years ago, have raised thousands of pounds for charities over the years including Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW) and the RNLI.
Their latest release, Clevedon Bay, was recorded at Dockside Studios in Bristol and is the band’s second studio release.
A spokesman for the band said: “Thank you everyone who attended our CD launch on Clevedon Pier on this windy afternoon.
“We sold loads of CDs and you all were very generous putting money in our collection buckets for CHSW.”
The Barnacle Buoys will be performing songs from their new album across the district this summer, and will also play in Devon and Cornwall.
