A PORTISHEAD barber has raised more than �4,000 for charity.
Mark O’Hare who runs a barbershop at the Triangle in West Hill cycled from John’O’Groats to Lands End, to raise money for Clic Sargent.
Mark decided to embark on the marathon cycle after his niece was successfully treated for a brain tumour at Bristol Children’s Hospital last year.
He said the whole family was affected by the trauma and a sponsored bike ride was his way of saying thank you for the excellent treatment his niece received.
