A Clevedon road sign created by artist Banksy has disappeared.

The artwork, which shows two elderly people being carried by two children, was installed on a lamp post in Elton Road.

An image of the sign was posted on Banksy’s Instagram page on Friday, but by that evening it had been removed.

It has not been confirmed why the sign is no longer in position but there is speculation it may have been stolen.
