Award nominees wanted

COMMUNITY-MINDED and high-achieving Clevedon residents can be put forward for special recognition.

Clevedon Town Council is asking for nominations for its annual Citizens’ Awards.

There are held to recognise the work of people who give their time and energy to the town and to also recognise the achievements of the town’s residents.

This could be for people who regularly help others, provide help and expertise to benefit the town as a whole or for someone who has attained, for example, sporting prowess.

The awards will be presented to the winners by town council chairman Chris Blades during a Civic Service at The Curzon Community Cinema on April 1.
