Youths banned from Clevedon town centre after late-night antisocial behaviour

Police were called to Clevedon last night.


Police have banned youths from Clevedon town centre this weekend following antisocial behaviour.

Avon and Somerset Constabulary were called to the town last night (Friday) amid disturbances.

PCSOs from Weston-super-Mare were also dispatched to help with the situation.

Police issued a dispersal notice to the ‘large group of youths’.

A spokesman said: “Various dispersal notices have been issued banning certain persons from the town area for 48 hours.”
