ARRESTS have been made in connection with an assault on a restaurant owner in Pill.
On December 28, Al-Amin Kamal was set upon by a group of teenagers after he asked them to stop throwing snow balls at the window of his restaurant, World of Spice in Pill Street.
The 51-year-old was kicked and punched by two members of the group, causing him to fall to the floor.
After weeks of investigation by police in the village, two men have now been arrested in connection with the incident.
They have been released on bail pending the result of an identity parade.
