CONCERNED villagers from Backwell are appealing to North Somerset Council to repair one of their roads.
Downside Road, which is regularly used by HGVs, is riddled with potholes making it hazardous for vehicles and pedestrians.
At Backwell Parish Council meeting on September 6, district councillor Karen Barclay agreed to press North Somerset Council to resurface the road and to continue to monitor the area.
