Villagers showcased their best produce to win prizes at Yatton and District Horticultural Society's two-day showcase.

The show was held at the village hall on Saturday and Sunday, where a selection of mouth-watering cakes to floral exhibits took centre stage.

Among the prize-winning entries were a basket of ripe tomatoes, fresh potatoes and carrots, as well as a portrait painting of withered trees and a landscape of a colourful pheasant.

Stunning lilac orchids, bright dahlias and common zinnias also made an appearance.
