Amplify show choir launches sessions for young stars

A North Somerset show choir is starting a new group for children aged eight to 12.

Amplify, which rehearses at Fairfield School in Backwell, has started Mini Amps to train up young performers.

The choir is run by Rachel and Emma Mason, who are excited to launch the new project.

Rachel is a highly experienced singing teacher and award-winning songwriter who recently featured as a judge on Sky One’s Sing: Ultimate A Cappella.

Emma is a professional performer and choreographer who works with the Team GB gymnasts at international level.

There are no entry auditions for Mini Amps and rehearsals will take place every Thursday in term time at the school in Fairfieldy Way, from 6-7pm.
