NUMEROUS advertising hoardings and signs which blighted the entrance to Clevedon from the M5 have been removed.
After receiving a number of complaints from the public and after some of its members raised the issue, Clevedon Town Council made a request for North Somerset Council to remove the signs which had been put up by varying businesses on the fence running along Ettlingen Way.
As a result, they have now been removed, improving the look of the town as drivers enter it from the motorway.
