A director from Bristol’s Aardman Animations will host an event at Clevedon’s Curzon cinema during half-term.

Magdalena Osinska will host a demonstration and talk in the auditorium from 2.15-3.15pm on Wednesday about the iconic character Morph, created by Peter Lord and David Sproxton, and her work as an animation director.

The talk will be part of the Let’s Animate workshops which will be held on the same day at 10.30am for children aged six to 11 years old and at 3.30pm for children aged 12-16 years old.

Both of the workshops cost £15 and gives free entry to Magdalena’s talk, which will otherwise cost £3.

Susannah Shaw, Curzon CEO, said: “We are very lucky to have this opportunity to see such skill close up.”
