Dog owners in Clevedon have raised almost £200 by taking part in a charity walk at the weekend.

About 20 people attended with their pooches, walking around the town before returning to St Andrew’s Church in Old Church Road to enjoy coffee and cake donated by Murrays of Clevedon.

The event, hosted by Lucy Shipway Dog Services, raised £190 for South West German Shepherd Dog Rescue. A raffle was also held courtesy of the newly-opened Clevedon branch of Pets at Home, which also gave out treat bags to all the dogs.
