North Somerset Council is implementing these measures under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to ensure public safety during various works.
The closures will impact roads and footpaths in Nailsea, Bristol, Backwell, Clevedon, Clapton-in-Gordano, Weston-super-Mare, Long Ashton, Portishead, and Easton-in-Gordano.

Beach Hill, Portishead, will be closed from Monday, July 6, for 19 days for gas main replacement works by Wales & West Utilities Limited.
Footpath LA12/43/10, Long Ashton, will be closed for about 63 days from Monday, July 6, for Bristol Water to divert a water main.
Bridleway LAB/67/10, National Cycle Route 26, Easton-in-Gordano, will be closed for at least six months from Monday, July 6, for Metrowest and Network Rail to develop a temporary haul road and rail link.
The Portbury Hundreds, Portbury, will have temporary 40mph and 30mph speed restrictions from Monday, July 6, for North Somerset Council's Metro West project, lasting for 18 months.
A footpath from Hawke Road to Lower Norton Lane, Weston-super-Mare, will be closed for three days from Tuesday, July 7, for utility works and drilling by Openreach Limited.
From Wednesday, July 8, St Marys Park Road, Portishead, will be closed for three days between 9.30am and 3.30pm.
This closure is due to North Somerset Council's tree risk management work to remove dead elm trees.

Engine Lane, Nailsea, will be closed in two phases for telecoms civil works by Hutchison 3G Ltd.
Phase one runs from Monday, August 10, to Wednesday, August 12, and phase two from Wednesday, August 26, to Saturday, August 29.
Failand Lane, Bristol, will be closed for three days from Wednesday, September 2 for Bristol Water's lead pipe replacement work.
Caswell Lane, Clapton-in-Gordano, will be closed for three days from Monday, September 7, for Bristol Water to install new water supplies.
Meadway Avenue, Nailsea, will be closed for five days from Monday, September 28, for National Grid to install a new supply.
Each closure, except for the footpaths, will include exemptions for emergency services, works access, and vehicles accessing premises via the closed sections of the roads.
The council has advised residents to check alternative routes.
Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed when the measures are in force.
