Nailsea Town Council is funding free swimming lessons for children over the summer holidays.
Residents can take advantage of the special offer from July 28 to August 30.
There are limited vouchers remaining and they are offered on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Sessions will take place at Backwell Leisure Centre and are available for ages four to 15, while 0-3 year olds go free.
For the general swim in the main pool, under 8’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
While for the family swim in the teaching pool, children must be accompanied by an adult in the water.
No prebooking is required.
For more information about the free swimming spots, visit the Backwell Leisure Centre website: www.leisurecentre.com/backwell-leisure-centre.
You can also contact the leisure centre by calling 01275 463 726.
Note, you must check with Backwell Leisure Centre when you can use the swimming vouchers before travelling to the swimming pool.
Vouchers can be collected from Trudy Hollow, the manager at No 65 High Street Nailsea, open from 9.30am-4pm from Monday to Thursday, and 9.30am till 1pm on Fridays.
The council is not only offering swimming sessions at Backwell Leisure Centre but also soft play at the Scotch Horn Leisure Centre.
These soft play sessions cater for children up to the age of 5, and are available with no time limitations or pre-booking requirement.
Ms Hollow said: "We are really pleased to offer free places for children's activities over the summer and I look forward to meeting Nailsea Residents picking up these vouchers over the next few weeks."
