A FIVE-DAY road closure will be in place in a village near Nailsea to allow “essential resurfacing work”.
Belmont Hill in Wraxall will be closed from Monday, June 17 to Friday, June 21.
The closure will be in place from 8am to 4pm.
A North Somerset Council spokesperson said: “Belmont Hill in Wraxall will be closed from Monday 17 June for essential resurfacing work.
“The closure will be between 8am and 5pm for five days and there will be no access for cars or bikes.
“The work will be completed by the council's highway contractor Wainwright.
“Drainage gullies will also be cleaned while the road closure is in place.
“A signed diversion route will be in place.
