YEAR 11 students at Clevedon School were clapped out for the final time.
The pupils were showered with applause by teachers, staff, parents and carers to mark the end of five years of hard work.
Parent Victoria Lewis said: "Thank you Clevedon School teachers for going above and beyond as always!"
Another mum, Liz Gjoni, praised the emotional send-off: "This clap out was incredibly emotional and a wonderful thing to do.
“All the parents felt the same way. No one had ever seen anything done like that before at a school."
Headteacher Jim Smith highlighted the students' impressive achievements, saying: "Our emotional and memorable send-off was testament to the remarkable kind and brilliant students that we have each year at our school.
"Good luck all of you, we are so proud of you."
