A Clevedon networking group which supports businesses during uncertain economic times has celebrated its first anniversary.
Coastal Networkers, founded by author and graphic designer Ben Mears, meets every other Wednesday at the Little Harp.
Mr Mears set up the group when a previous networking event he attended fell victim to Covid and rising costs of living.
Discussing the aim of Coastal Networkers, Mr Mears said: "It’s been a time of uncertainty and businesses have struggled.
"I wanted to create a group where we could support each other and help bring in business together."
Members have the opportunity to sponsor events via Patreon, promoting their businesses in the process.
Mr Mears added: "It’s a lovely, friendly group and business is definitely looking up."
