BOATFOLK Marinas Ltd is seeking a marine licence for works at Portishead Marina.
The application, submitted to the Marine Management Organisation, requests permits for the addition of new pontoons and relocating the floating brokerage office.
This was revealed in a public notice posted on the Public Notice Portal on January 17.
Interested parties can review further details of the application online, on the Marine Management Organisation’s Public Register, with a case reference of 'MLA/2023/00421'.
Comments concerning the application are mainly accepted through the register, but alternative methods of submitting feedback include e-mail communication and letter.
All submissions should quote the case reference and also include an address for future correspondence.
Any comments deemed relevant will also be forwarded to the applicant.
The deadline for input is February 14.
Should there be objections or alternative views, they should be put forward within this 28-day window.
After the stipulated date, next steps concerning the application will be decided upon by the Marine Management Organisation.
