PERMISSION in principle is being sought to build up to four homes on land in Tickenham.
Woodstock Homes Ltd is seeking to construct a minimum of two and a maximum of four dwellings on land west of Bramley Rise, formerly Golden Acres Garden centre, and north of 31 and 33 Clevedon Road.
The possible four detached self-build houses would come complete with single garages and parking spaces.
The agent cover letter reads: "The intention is provide serviced ‘self build’ plots whereby the site infrastructure is provided by the applicant and the self builder then submits a details application for each individual plot.
"The site is part of an area of agricultural land that is located to the west off the housing estate at Bramble Rise, which is a recent housing development completed by Woodstock Homes. The area of land was situated outside the footprint of the former garden centre and has remained undeveloped."
The application was validated on Wednesday, November 15.
