SOMERSET drinks company Thatchers Cider has introduced a new apple and blackcurrant flavour.

Described as a rich, refreshingly fruity cider, created with the sweetest dessert apples, a fresh berry aroma and bold natural blackcurrant flavour, welcome Thatchers Apple and Blackcurrant Cider.

The latest addition to the company's award-winning range has an ABV of 4% and is available in both 440ml and 330ml can packs, as well as single 500ml glass bottles.

Joining Thatchers best-selling Blood Orange, Cloudy Lemon and Rosé in its fruit range, Gold, Haze, Vintage and Katy in its apple cider selection, Thatchers Apple and Blackcurrant is crafted at Myrtle Farm by the fourth-generation cider making family.

Martin Thatcher said: "We know this is a flavour style that is sought after by British cider lovers, so we’ve worked hard to give it a Thatchers twist that will help it stand out.”

Thatchers Apple and Blackcurrant is currently available in selected Tesco, Budgens, Londis and Premier stores across the UK, as well as online from www.thatcherscider.co.uk - look out for further stockists in early 2024.

Thatchers Apple and Blackcurrant is made with dessert apples including Fuji and Gala, with natural blackcurrant flavour to give a rich and fruity character, featuring the provenance and refreshing quality that drinkers love from Thatchers.
