NAILSEA'S Simply Green Zero Waste business is up for sale.

The ethos of the environmentally-friendly store, which is located on the High Street, is to reduce waste and encourage residents to be more aware of their carbon footprint.

The business has championed events like the Fiver Fest, as well as regularly hosting educational talks, demonstrations and offering work experience for local students.

Owner Bethan Walker, who has been running the shop since she was 25, said that she is moving on to tackle a new challenge.

Posting on Facebook, Bethan said: "I am really pleased to be able to pass Simply Green on to someone new and I am currently looking for the right person. This is a really exciting opportunity to run an established and successful, plastic free, environmentally conscious shop in Nailsea."
