PLANS have been submitted for the development of 64 small business units in six separate blocks at Plot A7 in the Weston Business Quarter.

The planning statement, submitted on behalf of Rockhaven Limited, reads: "The site will provide 64 E(g), B2 and B8 use class units, with ancillary office space within each unit.

"The units are separated into six blocks, with each block being a distinct building (except block C and D).

"The majority of units range in size from approximately 750sq ft to 1875sq ft. Each unit is set out over a single formal storey with a mezzanine above which provides the ancillary office space."
