PLANNING permission is being sought to trim back a tree which is causing damage to a resident's home at Byways Caravan Park in Clevedon.

The property's roof has been damaged by the tree, which has now grown too large. It is hoped that, by trimming it back, further damage will be avoided.

Non material amendment to application 22/P/1035/FUH (Erection of two storey front extension.) to allow for changes to the configuration of the windows to the primary gable, including introduction of cladding panelling between the glazed elements, and change of material from brick to painted render on 9 Blakeney Grove.
