PLANS have been submitted to replace an existing conservatory with a single storey rear extension at a property in Uphill.
The application for the property on Wingard Close was validated on September 19.

Proposed demolition of existing rear extension and detached garage. Erection of a single storey side/rear wraparound extension including creation of a new integrated garage on 18 Derham Park.
