CLEVEDON Certified Farmers Market celebrated its 20th anniversary of trading on Saturday (May 27) at Queen's Square.

The day was well attended by scores of visitors.

Sustainable Clevedon kindly organised seed planting for the children and Clevedon Lions did a great job of cooking burgers and hot dogs that had been kindly donated by Lower Failand Farm and Real Pork and Winnie’s Bakery supplied the rolls.

There were also plenty of cakes for the children that had been donated by The Country Market Ladies.

And also there was Bridget from Real Pork, who entertained everyone with her inflated pig outfit that caused many a chuckle. She did an amazing job despite it being such a hot morning.

The next market is on Saturday, June 24. The market is always held on the fourth Saturday of the month.

The organisers would like to thank everyone for supporting their successful market.
