A PAEDOPHILE from Portishead is set to be sentenced by a crown court judge next month.
Mark Hemus, 36, will appear at Isleworth Crown Court for sentencing on Friday, June 23.
He has previously pleaded guilty to arranging or facilitating the commission of the sexual assault of a child.
The offence was in breach of a sexual harm prevention order he had previously been given by a court.
Hemus was arrested after arranging to meet an individual at a hotel near Heathrow who had access to a child for sexual purposes.
The case follows a National Crime Agency investigation.
Hemus had been due to be sentenced earlier this year, but the case was put back by a judge.
Hemus has a record of previous offences relating to possessing indecent images of children.
